| Abstract: | Starting from the legal protection of secret information and its characteristics,this essay compares the legislative spirit of major countries in the world for information secrecy from two aspects,that is,legislative concept and legislative guiding thinking.The essay also puts forward some constructive opinions about how to establish and perfect the information secrecy legal system in China. |
