| 摘 要： | 以问卷形式向全国27个省份的图书馆进行公开调研，内容包括图书馆定位、发展和合作情况，通过了解现状和未来期待把握图书馆在公共文化体系新环境中的新思考。研究结果发现，图书馆的资源优势和公益服务依然是获得社会认可的有力保障，但在经费、人员、管理、服务方式等方面有不同程度的改进期待，尤其是新环境下如何加强政府支持力度以及社会合作是图书馆发展的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper explores library’s roles and development trends within the context of constructing public cultural service system by questionnaire survey and field study. Based on 276 questionnaires among 27 provinces, it founds that library keeps a foothold on its resource supplier and free access to attract people, and strives to get better in such as fund, staff, management, service means, especially in how to compete for support from government and other partners. |
