| 摘 要： | 女大学生的教育需要从社会、学校、家庭三方面共同努力。一是社会教育方面，女大学生的教育和成长是一个复杂的问题，需要社会力量的支持，净化女大学生成长的社会环境，规范大众传媒导向将对保证女大学生的成才起到重要的保障作用。二是在学校教育中，要注意思想政治教育与心理健康教育相结合，加强女大学生人生观、价值观的教育。三是女大学生的自我教育，包括良好的个性养成教育，在提高成就动机的过程中加强独立性的培养。

| Abstract: | college should strengthen the education of girl students in three aspects. First, attach importance to their personality -- scientific analysis of their own advantages and disadvantages, reinforcement of training independence to improve their achievement motives. Second, combine the education of ideology and potitics with the education of mental health. Enhance the education of outlook on life and value. Third, deepen every teaching link. pay attention to the characteristics of girl students in mental health education. Of course, the education and growth of girl students is a complex problem. It also needs support from other social forces. Therefore, this paper at last gives that only by purifying the social environment where they live and standardizing the direction of the media can the growth of girl students be guaranteed. |
