| 摘 要： | 土地资源是人类社会最基本的生产资料,其数量具有明显的有限性,质量具有很大的变动性,特别是关系国计民生的农业土地资源日趋短缺,农业生态环境不断恶化,保护和利用好土地资源显得尤为重要．本文以德州市为背景,通过分析德州市土地资源现状特点、土地资源开发利用中存在的问题,采用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型方法,对土地资源供需趋势和保证程度做出预测．

| Abstract: | land resources is the most basic yielding material,the quantity has the characteristic of clear limitation, and change in quality,especially for the lack of farmland which attaches important to the development of country. With the degeneration of agriculture, protection of farmland appears more important. Based on the characteristic of land resources of De Zhou, this paper analyses the problems lying in use of this resource,and finds out the main factors about the evolution of land resources through related analysis, and speculate the provision and assurance of land resources. |
