| 摘 要： | 当前,高校"两课"教学面临着一系列新的现实背景,在这一背景下,抓紧教师队伍建设,才能使"两课"教学适应新的形势,教学效益得到全面提高.为此,"两课"教学部门必须做到:以巩固专业思想为主线,加强教师队伍的思想建设;以继续教育培训为手段,提升教师的执业素质;以"两课"教学研究为主要促进措施,增强教师的德育能力和教学艺术性;以课程为中心,强化教师队伍统筹管理.

| Abstract: | The two-lessons' teaching in colleges and universities has been faced with new social reality today. Under this background, we must intensify the teachers' developments to entirely enhance educative benefit in the two-lessons' teaching. The educational organization with responsibility for the two-lessons' teaching must strengthen it's faculty by ideological education on the professional thoughts ,continuously training on the teaching ability, researching on the two-lessons' teaching,and overall arranging between various curriculums. |
