| Abstract: | This article analyzes the four dimensions of dynamic capability firstly, presents the five characters of dynamic capability, then discuses the cultivating and rebuilding the dynamic capability of domestic enterprise based on the innovation of dynamic capability's four dimensions, and affords the new views of dynamic capability's research and practice. |
