| Abstract: | From the aspect of sports physiology,this paper analyzes systematically the composition of the technical action of throwing the basketball with a single hand over shoulders while jumping,the relationship between the action composition and the muscle movement features.It is of practical value for training the basketball players and basketball teaching. |
