| 摘 要： | 采用多元回归分析法对体操大纲中男生专项素质和技术成绩关系进行定量分析，验证了体操大纲选择单杠引体向上、悬垂单腿和双杠支撑摆动前摆臂屈伸作为考试内容的重要性。也验证了立卧撑转体练习是一项重要的灵敏素质内容，并对其它素质提出改变练习方法的意见。

| Abstract: | By methods of poly-regression analysis,the author made a quantitative analysis of the relationship between schoolboys quality of Speciality and skill achievement in the Outline gymnasitcs.It was test and verif ied that the importance of select Chin-Up,Tuck Hang and Pump Swing Forward of Parallel bar as the content in examination and also proved that the exercise of Rest-Supports Turn was an important content of the diathesis of agility.It was also suggested that the way of training could be improved for other diathesis. |
