| Abstract: | This paper operates against the problem of the course instruction of Modern Technology of Education and joins specially character of normal university and the course. It points out that course teachers should take part in the process of students’ practice and construct and maintain website, putting up practice community of action learning and action research .It emphatic exhausted the principle of website design and system configuration. |
