| Abstract: | A finite set expansion method is presented for the suboptimal control of linear time-varying systems with both complete and incomplete state availability. By projecting the dynamical model of the system into a subspace of Walsh signals, we are able to implement the control by employing a computational method which involves constant coefficients. The method is illustrated by an example. |
