| 摘 要： | 当前企业知识产权能力越来越受到重视,但现有的研究成果对其含义的界定尚存欠缺。在区分资源和能力的基础上,对企业知识产权能力的内涵应界定为累积性知识。在企业知识产权能力的外延上,应重视知识产权能力在企业能力构成中的作用,实际上知识产权能力已经成为企业能力的一种构成要素。另一方面,企业技术能力的本质也是知识,与企业知识产权能力存在较强的正相关性,两者统一于企业能力体中。对企业知识产权能力的清晰认识有助于明确其在企业能力中的核心位置,进而对于企业的发展具有十分重要的实践价值和积极作用。
