| 摘 要： | 本文首先对国家863计划成果产业化基地的现状进行了分析，然后利用DEA(数据包络分析)对基地的投入产出效率进行了分析，具体分析了基地的技术有效性和规模有效性，指出基地之间存在差异的原因在于研发费用利用效率不高和增长速度差异较大，提出提高研发费用利用效率和强化市场导向、提高经济效益的建议。

| Abstract: | At first this paper analyses the status of industrialized bases of national 863 programme. Then we apply the DEA method to the analysis of the I-O efficiency which includes the efficiency of the technology and scale of bases. It points out that the cause of the difference in bases lies in the low efficiency of R&D and the obvious difference of the growth rate. Finally, some suggestion is provided, i.e., to improve the efficiency of R&D, to enhance the market orientation and to improve the economy effectiveness. |
