| 摘 要： | 近年来,新疆的经济高速发展,而新疆少数民族大学生就业问题却日益突出,引发高度关注,特别是每年都有大量少数民族毕业生未就业离开学校,做好离校未就业毕业生的就业服务,已成为促进少数民族就业工作的不可或缺的组成部分。为此,结合工作实际,在查阅大量相关材料的基础上,对新疆少数民族毕业生离校未就业的原因的及对他们开展就业服务的难点进行了分析,并从高校层面上提出了做好离校未就业少数民族毕业生就业服务的一些思考。

| Abstract: | The rapid economic development in Xinjiang in recent years did not promote the employment of minority graduates, which attracted a lot of concerns. Especially, for there are a large number of minority graduates who left universities unemployed every year, it is the inevitable work to provide employment service for minority unemployed graduates in order to advance ethnic minority employment. These authors employ their working experience and refer to abundant relevant resources to analyze the reasons why minority graduates in Xinjiang don＇ t get employed and the difficulties of employment service. They propose some suggestion for the improvement of employment service for minority unemployed graduates from the perspective of colleges and universities. |
