| 摘 要： | 煤炭经济形势的短期恶化对矿业类高校毕业生特别是研究生就业产生重要影响。通过对中国矿业大学近三年的研究生就业情况的分析,指出矿业类高校研究生就业现状中存在就业滞后、各专业不平衡、继续深造比率低、行业发展对就业影响有限等问题,并进而分析该现状产生的原因主要在于:研究生生涯规划模糊与心理素质差、学校就业工作抓手少、文理科需求差异大与女生就业受歧视、狭窄的眼界与较差经济条件等,最后提出了破解矿业类高校研究生就业难的对策。

| Abstract: | The worsening of coal economy seriously influences the employment of postgraduates,especially the graduate students in mining universities.Taking the employment situation of the China University of Mining and Technology in last three years as an example,this paper points out that the current situation of postgraduates in mining universities are not optimistic,such as lag of employment,unbalance of different majors,low rate of continuing study,and the limited impact of industrial development on employment.The reasons for these situations lie as follows： unclear career planning and the weakness of mentality,lack of employment work platform,huge employment gap between science and liberal arts,between male and female,and a narrow outlook with low economic status.To solve the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions,such as improvement of postgraduates＇ career development,employment instruction and psychological guidance,perfection of employment platform,balancing employment rate of postgraduates majoring in liberal arts,and development of internationalization education. |
