| 摘 要： | 通过对山东省40所高中体育组（教研室）发放高中体育教师流动状况调查问卷发现：从总体上看，山东省高中体育教师的流动率偏低；从流动方向看，体育教师流动多以“圈内流动”为主；从年龄的角度，30岁以下的年轻人是流动的主力军；在性别方面，男性仍然是流动的主体，年轻女性体育教师越来越受到关注。

| Abstract: | This paper inquires into the P.E.department 40 high middle school of Shandong Province,we discovered: Judging from population,flow rate insists to hang down;Complying with the direction being on the move,give first place to "on the move within many circles" of physical-training teacher flow;From age angle,30-year-old,following young person is whose mobile main force;In the field of sex,the male sex still is the mobile section of the main body,young female are paid close attention to increasingly come the physical-training teacher. |
