| 摘 要： | 培养一批高素质的“双师型”师资队伍，是关系到高职教育健康发展和人才培养的紧迫问题，也是深化高职教育改革所面临的时代课题。文章从“双师型”教师素质、选拔以及认定标准三个方面入手，对德国、美国、英国、澳大利亚、日本的高职教育师资培养进行比较分析，提出加强我国“双师型”师资培养的一些启示。
