| 摘 要： | 对于大多数农民工来说，他们在城市的经济资本、社会资本和文化资本都非常欠缺，使得他们“弱势群体”的地位很难得到改变。其中文化资本的欠缺是具有根源性的，教育培训是提升农民工文化资本的一种非常有效的方式，但当前农民工教育培训的状况并不乐观。文章通过对山东泗水县的问卷调查，对农民工参加教育培训的状况、作用、意愿、期望等方面进行了实证研究，最后得出研究结论并作了相关讨论。
