| 摘 要： | 近五年来，高技能型人才问题仍然是研究的热点，在高技能型人才工作的地位和意义、高技能人才严重短缺的原因、高技能人才培养主体的科学定位、校企合作对策探讨、校企合作中政府的作用与高技能人才培养模式、机制、课程以及高技能人才培养的措施定位等方面的研究较此前都有新的进展。高技能型人才未来研究重点应该是国家高技能人才培养政策和执行效益的最大化问题，以及建立科学合理的预测模型，利用现代计量经济手段，对社会总需求及行业需求做出准确预测。
