| 摘 要： | 中国体育公共产品的发展历程：孙中山三民主义时期,反帝反封建是当时的主要任务,政府无暇顾及体育公共产品的供给,体育事业的发展缓慢;毛泽东新民主主义时期,中国体育体制在计划经济体制模式下实行的是完全国家供给模式,它是部队体育体制的延伸和借鉴前苏联体育管理体制,这一时期体育公共产品的发展为中国进入世界体育强国奠定了基础;邓小平中国特色社会主义理论,从根本上改变了阻碍社会生产力的旧体制,体育公共产品得到了空前的发展。值此《体育事业＂十二五＂规划》制定的新时期,依据＂十一五＂规划整理出中国体育公共产品领域的发展目标,以指引体育事业前进的方向。

| Abstract: | Review Chinese course of physical public products: in Sun Yat-Sen’s period,anti-imperialist and anti-feudal is the main task of the State,the Government was too busy to attend sports supply of public goods,the slow development of sport;In the new democratic era of Mao Zedong,China’s sports system planned mode of full national supply mode,it was a revolutionary period in the formation of the army sport system extension and draw lessons from the former Soviet Union sports management system,sports,sports public product development for China into the world,laying the Foundation for physical powers;Deng Xiaoping theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,fundamentally altered the social productive forces of the old system,sports public products are unprecedented development.On the occasion of the "sports twelfth five-year"planning of the new period,the author according to the "eleventh five-year"plan,puts forward development objectives at realm of China sports public product to guide the direction of sports career. |
