| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料分析法，总结了白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的最新研究成果。结果表明，运动能够诱导局部工作的肌肉产生IL-6，并可能参与调节和运动有关的代谢变化。

| Abstract: | Based on literature analysis,this paper summarizes latest research achievement of interleukin-6.The result shows that interleukin-6 can be produced locally in skeletal muscle in response to exercise and may be involved in regulating metabolic changes related to exercise. |
