| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机使许多行业都提前进入了产业战略转折点的大洗牌时期,而这正是中国企业实现跨越式发展的绝好机会。那么,如何判断企业所在行业是否遭遇了产业战略转折点呢?在解析产业战略转折点分析逻辑的基础上,首次尝试采用一种综合的方法设计了产业战略转折点的判断系统,并构建了产业战略转折点的判断维度和衡量指标,为产业战略转折点的识别向可量化和可视化的发展提供了一套实用的分析思路与模型框架。
