| 摘 要： | 传统的板簧液压淬火机床,其控制方式为继电器控制,因而控制系统的工作可靠性差,导致淬火机床故障率高、维修成本增加。本文针对上述问题,提出了在淬火机床上采用PLC控制系统改造原有继电器控制系统,以提高淬火机床的工作可靠性,减少维修时间和成本,满足生产需求。

| Abstract: | Relay is applied to the control system of traditional hydraulic pressure quenching machine tool using leaf spring.This control system has a high fault rate and cost of maintenance.So we replace the relay control system with the PLC control system.It can improve the authenticity,decrease the maintenance time and cost of the machine tool. |
