| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚先进的职业教育与培训制度和就业导向的人才培养模式,标准规范的国家资格框架,能力为本的课程体系,行业主导的办学机制,为我国高职教育的改革和发展提供了有益经验。我国高职教育的发展需进一步明确其定位,建立全国统一的与高职教育相关的国家职业资格认证制度,发挥行业作用,走产学研结合之路。

| Abstract: | A good experience for the reform and the development of China's hig he r vocational education can be provided by the talent-cultivating mode of employ ment guidance in Australian good vocational-education and training system, the standard national-qualification framework, ability-based curriculum system and the industry-dominated school-running mechanism. The development of China's h igher vocational education should be oriented more clearly, the national qualifi cation-authorized united system should be established in correlation with highe r vocational education and the role of industry should be brought into play so a s to take the way to associate industry with education and research. |
