| 摘 要： | 传统法学教育的共性,电大法学教育的特殊性和新发展决定了案例教学在电大法学教育中的突出地位。据此,本文提出了电大法学教育应引入案例教学思想,阐述了电大具体实施案例教学可以采用的几种形式,并指出了应注意的相关问题。

| Abstract: | The importance of case teaching in TVU Law education is determined by the tradition of law education, the special characteristics of law education in TV universities and the development of TVU law education. This article puts forward the idea that case teaching should be introdnced in TVU law education and suggests that the practical enforcement of case teaching can be fulfilled in several forms, among which some problems should be noticed. |
