| 摘 要： | 教育终极关怀自身存在着种种的局限，它不可能解决中国教育现代化中出现的问题。立足于现实教育，理性地重新定位教育终极关怀，寻求中国教育现代化自己的路径，以确保教育健康的发展才是教育的“最终极关怀”和最大关怀。
