| 摘 要： | 在以科技决定经济发展、争夺知识控制权作为重要发展战略的今天．专利制度、知识产权保护已成了企业可持续发展的重要内容。本文试图从浙江省专利相关数据和对中小企业的调查情况入手，审视浙江省企业的专利创造、运用和保护情况，分析企业在运用专利制度中的共性问题，探讨政府在推动企业运用专利制度上的着力点。
