| 摘 要： | 高校教师的廉洁从教是一项大工程,它既包含教师行为上的道德要求——不受,又包括教师自我品德修养的提升——不污。建设建好这项工程,需要做好各方面的工作：一是以人为本,加强师德建设,发挥示范和引导作用;二是健全管理和监督机制,铲除可能存在的不良土壤;三是创造廉洁校园文化,营造廉洁教育的软环境。其中,加强高校教师自身的师德建设是整个工程的重中之重。

| Abstract: | The teaching integrity of university teachers is a big project. It includes both moral demands on teachers＆#39; behaviors, namely no accepting bribes and the upgrading of teachers＆#39; self moral character, scilicet no grafting. To build this project, we need to do a good job in all aspects：first, persist persisting peo-ple-orientation,strengthening the moral construction, to play an exemplary and leading role;the second is sound management and oversight mechanisms to eradicate the bad soil may exist; the third is the creation of a clean campus culture, and a soft envi-ronment of teaching integrity. Among them, to strengthen the moral construction of university teachers is the top priority of the entire project. |
