| Abstract: | In order to establish the talent training scheme, traffic engineering specialty in local colleges and universities should combine with the needs of professional talents of traffic engineer-ing based on social and economic development of the region.The paper analyzed the talent training mode of traffic engineering,put forward the talent training orientation and reform measures of professional talents of traffic engineering in local colleges and universities. |
