| 摘 要： | 辅导员一直是大学生思想政治教育第一线的指挥员,是确保学校稳定的一支重要力量.高校辅导员走过了政治指导员、政治辅导员到辅导员的演进过程,其角色定位从主要负责政治工作到政治思想工作,再到思想政治工作、思想政治教育,到现在成为高校学生日常思想政治教育扣管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,以及大学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友,辅导员在大学生成长成才,尤其是在德育培养中的重要作用是经过了历史验证的.
