| 摘 要： | 本文通过对体育教学方法体系的演变过程回顾与分析，认为，体育教学方法可划分为4类，第1类是传授体育知识技能的方法；第2类是发展体能的方法；第3类是思想品德教育方法；第4类是学生自学自练的方法。
