摘    要:24名游泳运动员进行实验,结果表明:游泳运动员各自放松活动强度差距较大;不同放松活动强度血乳酸清除速率有显著性差异;放松期间不同强度各时相段血乳酸清除速率的变化,与体内乳酸代谢状态有关。

Abstract:Warm-down exercise after loading is an indispensable part of recovering exercises and its intensity is an important factor influencing the exercise effects, With a view to study the effects produced by exercise intensity, twenty four swimmers were tested to reveal the relations between different intensities of warm-down exercise and blood lactate obliteration speed. Results showed that the intensity of relaxation exercise differed individually; there existed significant difference in blood lactate obliteration speed according to various intensities of warm-down exercises; the lactate obliteration speed in each phase caused by different intensities was related to the internal lactate metabolism. Somehow the dynamic changing mechanism of lactate metabolism influenced by different exercise intensities remained unknown.
