| 摘 要： | 随着经济与体育的迅速发展,我国高校体育事业取得了突飞猛进的进步,高校高水平运动队发展迎来了新的发展阶段。高校田径高水平运动队在20多年的发展改革中,经过积极探索与尝试取得了一定的成绩。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈调查等方法对我国高校田径高水平运动队的发展及其学习训练管理情况等进行研究,旨在总结我国高校田径高水平运动队发展的经验与教训,并为高校田径高水平运动队进一步发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of China＇ s economy and sports, China＇ s college sports has made much headway and the college high - level sports team is greeted with a new period of development. The college high - level sports team, in the two decades＇ development and reform, has made some achievements through active exploration and efforts. This paper studies the development and the situation of learning and training of the college high - level sports team by means of literature review, questionnaire and interview, with an aim of summing up the experiences and lessons and providing reference for the further development of the college high - level sports team. |
