摘    要:基于离差最大化算法,从侧面对旅游业软、硬环境建设力度进行综合评价。算例表明,该算法对多目标决策与排序的评价指标的赋权准确可信,能有效地实现旅游业软、硬环境建设力度的定量评价。

Abstract:Based on the algorithm of maximizing deviations, the comprehensive evaluation was made to the construction degree of tourism soft and hard environment in terms of side. The computing example showed that it was accurate and convinced that the algorithm determined weights to the assessing indexes of multiple objects decision and sequence. Then, the quantitative evaluation to the construction degree of tourism soft and hard environment was realized effectively.
