| 摘 要： | 以操作性训练理念为基础,运用问卷调查法、访问座谈法、训练观察法和逻辑分析法,就当前宁夏银川市中学校园足球训练活动方面存在的问题及原因进行了深入的剖析,并对宁夏银川市中学校园足球良性发展进行了反思。建议:拟定一套任务明确、重点突出、要求严格的统一的训练大纲;深刻认识和理解足球运动的特点和规律,将课的构成细化,并按照青少年的年龄特征进行针对性训练;训练方法、手段,要结合比赛要素,不能脱离实战。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of operational training, the study employs the questionnaires, interviews, obser- vation and logical analysis to reflect not only on the problems and the causes of secondary school Campus football training activities in Yinchuan city of Ningxia, but also on its benign development. It suggests that we should de- velop a unified training program with a clear set of tasks, a definite focus, and a strict demand. On the one hand, we should understand the characteristics and the rules of football ; on the other hand, the training should be under- gone in accordance with the age characteristics of the teenagers. What＇s more, the training methods should be com- bined with the matches. Finally, the curriculum should be detailed. |
