| Abstract: | This paper analyzes effects and problems in the implementation of the reform of "New Mechanism" in the middle and east rural area with the data of "the new reform of financial guarantee mechanism for the compulsory education in rural areas" surveyed by China Institute of Education Finance Research.Based on discovered problems,some policy suggestions are put forward to advance the implementation of the reform of "New Mechanism" in the middle and east countryside of china. |
