| 摘 要： | 近几年来，中国石油进口量一直处于增长的势头，但进口通道在很大程度上却仍然依赖某个单一渠道，安全风险系数极大。我国石油进口还可开辟中俄石油管线、泰国克拉地峡运河、中缅石油通道、中巴能源走廊等战略通道，通过采取加强能源外交、加强东亚区域合作等措施，提高我国石油进口通道的安全系数。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the imported volume of Chinese petroleum has been increased all the time , but the importing passway still relies on a certain single channel seriously , and the safe risk factor is extremely high. Enhancing energy source diplomacy and the cooperation among east Asian countries, can promote the safe quotiety of oil importation mute. |
