| 摘 要： | 针对移动通信网络规模的不断扩大，为提高局数据维护的质量，保证运营商业务部署的效率和安全，开发一套局数据管理系统。同时分析了局数据管理系统的硬件结构设计和软件功能分析及设计，并进一步提出优化建议。

| Abstract: | According to the continuing expanding of mobile communication network and in order to improve the quality of the data maintenance, guarantee the efficiency and safety of the operational deployment of the business operators, an office data management system is developed. Hardware structure design, software analysis and design, as well as the further recommendations for optimization are analyzed. |
