| 摘 要： | 随着全球工业园建设的日益发展,如何衡量和评价工业园的经济与环境协调程度,成为学界和研究者普遍关注的问题。本文拟运用能值分析理论及方法,将工业园产业、人口、资源和环境生态等各个子系统统一起来,建立基于工业园的系统结构、功能和生态效率三项指标以及工业园可持续发展指数的综合评价体系,用以实现工业园系统发展现状、动态与动因的整合分析,以此来指导和优化工业园可持续发展模式,并以大连双D港工业园为案例开展了生态经济绩效评价。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of industrial parks in the world,how to evaluate the overall eco-efficiency of one industrial park has become an imperative issue.Based upon emergy analysis,this paper develops a comprehensive indicate system by combining the industrial,environmental and social sub-systems together.This indicator system contains indicators related with the structure,function and eco-efficiency aspects and one sustainable development index,which could be applied to analyze the development issues and dynamics of on industrial park.Consequently,it can be used to guide and optimize the sustainable development model of industrial parks.A case study of Dalian DD port industrial park is employed in order to test its feasibility and applicability. |
