| 摘 要： | 以厦门某国际广场超限高层框架核心筒结构抗震设计为例，采用SATWE进行了3种墙柱截面设计方案的比选，用SATWE和PMSAP两种软件对所选方案在水平荷载作用下进行了计算和对比分析，两软件计算结果基本吻合，分析结果表明,所选方案满足规范要求。

| Abstract: | The sectional designs of three frame-corewall structure schemes of out-of-codes high-rise building at an international plaza in Xiamen were compared via SATWE. The main parameters of the selected scheme under horizontal loads were calculated and analysed with SATWE and PMSAP. The results indicate that the selected scheme can meet the standard requirements and the calculation results via the two softwares are essentially coincident. |
