| 摘 要： | 少数民族传统体育活动与民间舞蹈,源远流长、根深叶茂,它根植于传统的民族文化土壤,具有强烈的民族特色和生活气息,无疑是一份宝贵的文化财富.通过对纳西族的传统体育舞蹈东巴跳的阐述,揭示了纳西族人民的风俗习惯、宗教信仰、军事斗争、生产劳动、爱情与婚姻生活等.歌颂了纳西族人民不屈不铙的顽强精神和无限的创造力.

| Abstract: | Traditional sport of the Chinese minorities and folk dance are of long standing, well established and vigorously developed. They take root at the soil of traditional culture of nationalities. They have their strong nationality features and the rich flavor of life. The mass participates in them extensively. In this paper the Dongba jump, a sort of traditional sports dance was expounded. The customs and habits, the religious belief, the military affairs and battles, the productive labor as well as the love and marriage of the Naxi minority etc. were revealed. The indomitable spirit and limitless creativity of the Naxi people were extolled. |
