| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料,调查访问和数理统计等方法,对贵阳市11个社区77名老年志愿者的公共体育服务现状进行了调研,结果表明：社区老年志愿者的体育服务具有自愿性、无偿性和公益性特点,他们坚持树立老有所为的原则,志愿帮助社区内同龄人进行体育锻炼,平时注重社会对他们的精神鼓励,充分体现了老有所乐的人生品质。本研究旨为社区有关部门在今后的工作中,提供一些参考性的建议。

| Abstract: | Using literature,surveys and statistics,visit research methods,Guiyag City 11 Community 77 elderly volunteers of public sports services conducted a study and found that：community sports services with older volunteers voluntary,unpaid and the public interest characteristics,they insist the principle of establishing worthiness,volunteering to help the community peers physical exercise,they usually focus on community spirit encouraged,fully embodies the old music of life quality.This study aims to community authorities in future work,to provide some reference in the recommendations. |
