| 摘 要： | 体育课是他们增强体质,调节生活和恢复精力的途径之一。在保证体育课质量的前提下,针对当前呼声很高的关于学生上体育课兴趣不高,授课内容枯燥,教学手段单一,体育课难上等问题,通过自己的实践、调查和分析的方法,将健美操、艺术体操融入到中学体育课中进行了初步的尝试,在提高学生的学习兴趣等方面收到了良好的效果,以求为体育教师改进体育教学工作提供参考。
