| 摘 要： | 本文分析了中小学教师队伍指标建设的国际背景,进而对国际组织OECD、UN-ESCO和美国教育部所建构的教师指标及其发展变化进行了对比,提出了建构我国中小学教师队伍指标的几点建议。
