| 摘 要： | 高职院校人才培养是一项系统工程,需要社会的支持,需要政府各部门的重视和关心。落实科学发展观,建设武汉城市圈资源节约型、环境友好型社会必须重视培养适应21世纪服务地方经济社会发展需要的高职人才,实际上就是要理顺政府、社会、学校在高职人才培养这个系统工程的关系,各施其责,互相配合,形成有利于武汉城市圈高职人才培养的良好社会环境,促进武汉城市圈高职教育又好又快、又优又强地发展。

| Abstract: | Talent cultivation in high vocational schools is a systematic project, which needs the support of the society,and needs the emphasis and concern of every department of the government.Implementing the scientific concept of development,establishing the resource-economical and environment-friendly society in Wuhan city circle should stay focused on cultivating numerous vocational talents who can adapt to the 21st century and are needed for serving the rural economy and the development of the society.In fact,we should adjust the relationship among the government,society and schools in the systmetic project of cultivating advanced vocational talents,in order to form a good social environment which is beneficial for cultivating advanced vocational talents in Wuhan city circle and promote the development of the high vocational education rapidly and healthily. |
