| 摘 要： | 大学教育的不公平在外部表现为教育机会和教育结果的不公平上 ,在内部表现为教育过程的不公平上。大学教育的不公平处理不当 ,会引发学生对学校及社会不满的思想行为 ,进而产生种种消极影响。消除其影响 ,主要是在政策上、制度上完善 ,调节社会公平 ;在思想政治教育和工作中 ,采取有针对性的方式和措施 ,增强学生对社会现实的接受能力 ,并尽可能把教育不公平的现象及影响控制在最小的范围内。

| Abstract: | The discriminations of higher education, resulting in unfair educational opportunity and effort externally, and unfair educational procedure internally, always tends to lead to college students' unsatisfied feelings to school and society, and with detrimental effects of all sorts. The tactics of how to clear the effects up are: perfecting and adjusting social unfairness on the principles of policy and system, strengthening students' ability of standing the acceptance by the society, and controlling it to a minimum on the practice of ideological and political education. |
