| 摘 要： | 运用问卷法和访淡法,以整群抽样方式对广西贺州市182名中学英语教师进行调查,问卷数据分析采用SPSS11.5统计软件分析,结果显示,大多数少数民族教师的学历、职称、专业水平的自我评价低于汉族教师。

| Abstract: | A survey to evaluate the proficiency levels of middle school English teachers has been made in Huzhou City in Guangxi,and 182 English teachers from middle school of Hezhou were selected in the way of cluster sampling.The methods used in this investigation is the questionnaire and the interview.The result has been analyzed using SPSS with the help of professionals.It is concluded that the majority of minority ethnic English teachers are inferior to Han ethnic teachers in terms of education backgrounds,professional titles and proficiency level for self-assessment. |
