| Abstract: | With logic introducing formal ontology, the author proposed that formal ontology=meta-concepts * meta-relations and that a formal ontology can be set up by three steps within processing of concept, relation and software. The formal ontology will become a general methodology in engineering and technology. A proto system of formal ontology for information technology is established. |
