| 摘 要： | 人力资本与经济增长的关系表现在人力资本水平越高,对经济增长的作用越大。文章采用教育年限法推算出云南省历年人力资本存量水平,利用1979-2004年的经济数据分析了劳动力数量与人力资本存量对经济增长的作用,结果表明人力资本存量对经济增长的作用大于劳动力数量对经济增长的作用,这说明提高人力资本水平是云南省经济增长的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the human capital and economic growth indicates that the higher human capital increases,the larger the effect that it has on the economic growth becomes.The paper measures the level of human capital with the year accumulation method.An econometric model is used to measure and determine the function on economic growth by labor quantity and human capital from1979 to 2004.The results of econometric analysis are:the effect of human capital is higher than that of labor quantity.So improving the labor quality is an important way in economic growth in Yunnan. |
