| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,高校粗放式的管理模式已不能适应现代高等教育的发展,精细化管理的质量和水平决定着高校教育、教学、服务等方面的质量和水平,为此,高校开始逐步转向精细化的管理模式。本文就高校精细化管理的原则、要求,高校进行精细化管理的步骤,以及精细化管理等进行探讨。
