| 摘 要： | 广东“双转移”初见成效，但这与当初的战略设想还有所差距，要真正达到设计者的初衷，还需要突破现有的困境，克服众多产业和劳动力转移的障碍。通过着重分析广东省产业和劳动力转移过程中遇到的困难，提出相应的解决对策。
